I guess it's time I get back to my life-related posts. here it goess

Last Friday, we had a course/class photo-taking session.

I don't know bout everyone else, but I thought this was kinda like a failure. I thought there was gonna be professional photographers and maybe like some cool lighting set up. 

But noooo, it was in front of the koi pond. Right smack on the stairs.

oh well, can't do nothin' bout it now.

26th JANUARY

SATURDAY

So I had work on Saturday. It was different because I didn't work in my attraction that day! And there I was dreading to go to work just cause I don't really fancy my attraction. Maybe it's the people? Don't get me wrong, the shrekkies are really nice people but....I can't seem to get along with all of them. I could click well with only some of them and it's not like they always have the same shift as me. The others...I just feel like they either dislike me for I have no idea what reason, maybe cause of my newness, or...maybe I'm just not very approachable.

Okay so I was in the staff bus reaching workplace, when I received a mysterious call. I answered it. It was one of my shrek colleague. He told me I had to rescue BSG Cylon. I was like "WHAT?!!?"

He didn't tell me much stuff, so I had to go on a solo conquest. I got my uniform and was pleasingly happy with the uniform.

This was the cylon uniform. I like it. Better than shrek.

I spent some time waiting in the empty break room for further instructions from the team lead. Then I got the position as a screener where look out for tall people, stamp their hands and tell them where they can sit.

So far I only chopped one person's hand....

I stood there for half an hour, and I was already bored.

When I got to the break room, the team lead told me to rescue the Accelerator.

and I was like "WHAT?!!?"

So I went on another solo conquest, got the uniform from the wardrobe and sadly discarded the cylon uniform.

The uniform, I'm not a huge fan of it just cause it is fully dry fit, even the pants. So I was quite insecure.

Buttttt, I love it there! There were only 3 other accelerator people, so it was fairly easy to click with them. I went on break with this one guy and learnt alot in that 30 minutes. Nice chitty-chatty

I had lunch alone cause there weren't much of us, but the food was better. I was kinda enjoying life. Made some tea, watched the news, checked my twitter timeline.

I can't believe I stood at the greeter for 3 hours. But I kinda liked it. There was more to see from where I stood. Like I could see the insane roller coasters right beside my place.

hahahhh, happy day. I had fun meeting some new people that day.

I told my team lead that I don't mind rescuing other attractions now. Lol.

To totally dampen the happy spirit now, I just saw my work schedule for next week.

whatever, I shall count my blessings and be thankful that I have a job.

lab test tomorrow.
