AUSTRALIA PART 2!

Yayy, I'm back again for my Aussie update!

15th October | Wednesday

Woke up at 5.30am to a spectacularly stunning view right out our apartment. Amazing! We then decided to take a stroll by the beach. I was deciding if the weather was gonna be cold or hot. So I wore shorts and brought a thick cardigan cause I thought, win win right? But boy was I wrong, it was soo cold! Well to a Singaporean that is. The cold breeze was hugging onto my exposed chicken legs as I watched them aussies having their morning runs in their sport bras.  

After the chilly morning stroll, we got back to the apartment & got ready to head out to our first destination of the day!

& not forgetting my morning coffee! I'm guilty for having way too much coffee in a day over there. Love their bottled iced coffees!

First stop was the Skypoint Observation Deck which was on a level 77.

Lovely view! Though cause I woke up early that day, I may or may not have slept on the couch on the 77th floor...

We then headed back to Surfer's Paradise and had some fish & chips at some shop by the beach. Well I had a vegan burger. It was kinda sad. Though the fish and chips were not bad.

18th October | Thursday

We went to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary & finally met all the kangaroos, koalas, wombats and wallabies! 

Being ignored by them animals...

see! and this kangaroo was kinda smelly. oh wait scratch that, all of them were.

A weetle wombat! that stick is my mum trying to make it move. It did move. It moved away from the stick, loll.

End of our zoo adventure. Next up, we went to the Currumbin Beach Vikings for our lunch as recommended by our apartment owner!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for a pit stop if you're visiting the zoo!

At the restaurant itself there's a set of stairs leading to this little outlook area! Gorgeousss! Love it up there!
