AISYAH'S WEDDING DAY

2ND JUNE 2013

As I mentioned before it was my cousin's wedding!! Whoaa it came by so fast. Felt like she just got engaged yesterday. I guess school kinda made everything in between went by faster in a way. This was a smaller scale wedding & I really liked it. It is not the typical under blocks kind of weddings which I appreciate so so much. 

& I do really like how it's mostly just family members and close friends who came. I would want my wedding to be something like this. Small, intimate & everything has to be covered in white & pastels. And mustt be air-conditioned. (Thinking too far ahead already...)

 So the procession was held at the Lagun Sari located in Geylang.

 There even was a red carpet. Love that little touch.

 I do like the place also. It's really calm and....white? I somehow relate white to pureness. But I really love white in such themes.

 Look at the backdrop. It's pretty magical with the lights and all.

 & the food was really good. I went for a few rounds.

 We wanted to pretend to be all victorious and high priestess sort of look. 

But we ended up laughing a lot more. hahaha

 Pretty cake. It actually wasn't fondant. It was fully cream, so I was pretty surprised when I found out about that.

Auntie Nancy & Auntie Tessa are my grandmother's sisters. I don't know the proper way of saying this but they're Chinese Baba. My grandma was too. Her name was Alice Tan. 

 The couple with my grandpa. Or otherwise known as the man who married Alice.
