Domes

Today I finally got the chance to check out the domes located at Gardens By The Bay. There are two domes, namely the Flower dome & the Cloud Forest.

Decided to enter the Cloud Forest one first.

Right when you enter, you'll be greeted with this waterfall & the coolness of the dome. I love coldness. 

It's my definition of perfect weather! Though it obviously is artificial.

The whole place is sequenced in levels. There's 7 levels though not much stuff at each. This is the top level. They call it the 'Lost World'. I don't even know how this looks like a lost world.

Also, you will exit by the lowest level which is called 'Secret Garden'. Of course I was thinking about the drama when I saw that.

Pretty waterfall. This spells magical.

Then after the Cloud Forest, we entered the Flower dome. I was a little disappointed at the flower dome. Probably cause it was already night time and a little too dark to appreciate the stuff they have there. 

Well, on the bright side, this dome was equally cool in atmosphere.

Just a little tip. If ya'll wanna go see the flower dome, come during the daylight. Definitely much more to see.

Overall, I'd say I prefer the Cloud Forest more. Though it's hard to compare cause I didn't get to fully observe the other one. I'm just gonna say that I'm not the kind of person who likes viewing stuff that much, depending on what I'm looking at. I'm usually like 'oh hey that's cool, moving on'. 

I guess I've already seen plenty of flowers & forests in my lifetime.

Also, they call these domes a conservatory. So if you get for both domes, it'd be 20 bucks. One dome only 12 bucks which is not really worth it. Bring a passion, ntuc or safra & a couple others I didn't exactly see, you'll get some discount. Not much, but still better than paying full price.
