day 2

 AUGUST 25th

SATURDAY

went out to two houses for raya. 

I guess this would be considered my second day?

I wore the largest hoop earrings I've ever worn in my life.

Raya that day was kinda boring and it was only 2 houses.

The second house...I don't understand how parents could talk for 2 hours plus straight.

we came at 9.45pm and we left at past midnight.

I was kinda annoyed by 11pm cause I wanted to go home, remove my makeup and sleep

but they were still talking.

I just died at the sofa watching blade trinity which I've watched before.

I don't like the show.

I went out of the house, refused to wear my heels and walked barefooted to the lift.

stayed in bed the next day while the parents went raya again.

I just couldn't.

i noticed every house at least one makcik will say this "jemput makan, jangan malu-malu."

It means "Don't be shy. Go ahead and dig into your food."

trust me, I'm not shy at all when it comes to food at people's house, especially those houses whom I don't know anyone. 

okay so.

school.

same old same old.

oh. but today was slightly different.

a sandfly went into my eye. 

took about 7 hours for it to show on my eyeball to remove it.

ew.
