So recently, I completed reading 'Bloodlines' by Richelle mead. It is the best book ever! But you have to read the entire Vampire Academy series to fully appreciate 'Bloodlines'. Gotta love Adrian and Sydney. Moroi and Alchemist, what a pair!
I wasn't ready to let go of all the characters I've learnt to love throughout this series but, I need to move on. While I was reading Bloodlines, I was also reading 'Thirst (No.1)' by Christopher pike. After reading some pretty awesome series, I was expecting the same for this series too. I'm still kinda halfway. I don't know. I don't really like the book. I hate the lead character.
Her name is Sita, she was from India. A thousand years old. Married a man named Rama during her human life, got turned against her will by Yaksha, whom was some sort of a demon spirit called into the world by priests and villagers many years ago when Sita was young. He's like some sort of a brother to her but she knew he was bad news. After she turned, she's so full of herself. No mercy. Annoying. She annoys me! Only mercy to Ray, a human she turned cos he reminds her of Rama. Talk about selfish!
Still, I think I may continue reading till the very end though the possibility of me burning the book before completing the book is pretty high. The book's in my phone. so...
